We aim for same day dispatch on all orders received before 12pm (GMT) Monday-Friday. Due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, there may be delays in dispatching your order, we thank you for your co-operation and understanding if this is the case. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over Bank Holidays. Please contact us for delivery time over Holiday periods.

If a part is out of stock we will contact you via phone call and/or email to notify you. We cannot be held accountable when an address has been inputted incorrectly or is incomplete, and please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. We cannot be held liable for any delays after handed to our delivery service, however we will help as best as we can to resolve the issue.
To cancel your order please give us a call as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it is not always possible to cancel an order. If this is the case, you can return the parcel after it has been delivered - you can find details in our Returns process below.
We are happy to offer you an exchange or refund for unwanted goods, within 30 days of delivery - however we do not accept returns under the value of £20 unless faulty. All items must be returned in a complete, unused, sellable condition - as they were upon purchase. Please ensure you return with any accessories included, otherwise there will be a deduction from your total refund. We will endeavour to process returns and refunds within 5 working days of receipt. All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. Please note that any returns sent to Quadzilla must quote the Invoice number and your Name / Address. Otherwise we will be unable to process your return and no refund/replacement will be issued. A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to returned goods. We will be unable to refund postage costs. Card refunds (including credit or debit cards) usually take 3 to 5 working days. Bank refunds usually take 3 to 5 working days. PayPal refunds usually take 1 to 2 working days.
If you believe your purchase may be faulty, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We'll ask you to provide information on the purchased item and the diagnosis. If faulty, we will offer you a resolution in accordance with your legal rights. We provide a 30 day warranty on our parts, exclusions apply: we do not warranty any wear and tear on parts, commercial or racing use, abuse, alterations, misuse, poor fitting or installation of the parts by yourself or another party.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions, which are set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this website.

Calls to any of our telephone numbers will be charged at the local rate (BT users only, other network charges may vary) and calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
Limitation on Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to any purchase we have supplied, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable to any customer for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the items we have supplied or use of or reliance on any content displayed on any of our websites or shops.
Please note that we only provide our websites and any other online presence for domestic and private use. You agree not to use any of our websites or content online belonging to Quadzilla Ltd for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our websites or to your downloading of any content on our websites, or on any website linked to ours.
We do not guarantee that any of our websites will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform in order to access the Services. You should use your own virus protection software.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to any other party or company.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted at our discretion (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD or any other item that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, not in the original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For BACS transactions, we may require additional information.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your refund after we receive your returned item(s). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should first advise us via email and follow the return instructions received with your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
